What are we going to do about a leg cramp?

Leg cramps are super annoying, especially when you get them at night. You partner has no clue what to do, and for sure they’re painful little buggers. Moaning and bitching is of course mandatory but what else?
The old remedy of salt is a bit pointless now as we all eat so much of it. A good quality multivitamin is the first step. In particular, magnesium tablets are the way to go. I would take 5 mmol in the morning and 10 mmol before lights-out.
Do your partner a favour.
Some good multivitamin and magnesium tablets are generally available.

Ouch!
Hi Girls!
I know, I know, dont we hate them but what can we do? Ive seen shark attack victims with less marks in some cases. Hormonal levels usually mean stretch marks or striae may appear during the sixth or seventh month. Well, help is at hand, first with the old then the new.
Here some weapons from my medicine cabinet:
SECRET WEAPONS
- Paw paw cream – smells funny but I have a girlfriend nearly fifty and she has almost no wrinkles. Great for chafed nipples and avoiding stretch marks.
- Vitamin E capsules –dont eat them pinprick one and massage the contents into the skin
Are you determined to avoid stretch marks at all cost? If you are able to get it Trofolastin is an anti-stretch-mark cream developed and marketed in Spain by Novartis. It got good results on a strict trial setup.
